At Trendyzm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged products (unless damaged during delivery).

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
